'It Starts Again' is the follow up to John Herring's debut album, 'Tales From a Northern City.' John returns again to an album driven by the acoustic guitar but this time there is more of an electric and driving feel to the album. The lyrics are also based more in the present which makes for an upbeat feel to the album without losing any of the soul that was featured in the first album.
