“The music of the Deep South and it’s migration across the country to the big cities”. This album, and it’s sister album “Down The Track”, represents my take on probably the most influential of music forms from raw traditional blues onto it’s later mixing with country & rock into Blues Rock, Swamp Rock, Rock ‘n’ Roll & Rockabilly. Plenty of rough & ready electric /slide guitars with unsophisticated bass & drums to try and get the sound of small band playing live.
