Oberhofer is the solo project of multi-instrumentalist and composer Brad Oberhofer, based in Los Angeles with roots in Tacoma, WA and Brooklyn, NY. "Dreaming Of U" is the fourth single and focus track from Oberhofer's upcoming LP - 'Smothered' - produced by Foxygen's Jonathan Rado out November 12. "Dreaming Of U" comes after singles "SUNSHiiNE (feat. Shamir, Nick Valensi)," "Let It Go" and "What Does It Mean To Me?"

In describing the focus track "Dreaming Of U" Brad Oberhofer said: "I once dreamt about someone three nights in a row. Days later, I ran into them at a party and found out they had been dreaming about me too. This song is about recovering from heartbreak and healing from it in our dreams. Dreaming Of U features stunning vocals by Mikaela Straus of King Princess"
