CEASAR A native of Philadelphia PA, Atif "Ceasar" Ruffin has been rapping since the age of 12. While being inspired by his cousin he decided to start a rap group, but chose not to continue in that direction because he felt his talents would better serve him as a solo artist. Ceasar has preformed at the Belvedere, Fittin II Be Next Entertainment Music Seminar and Strength In Numbers 2 The Remix talent showcase in Baltimore, Maryland. While constantly working to perfect his rap style, Ceasar pushes the boundaries with his gangster style of rap while infusing a touch of class for maturity. When performing on stage, Ceasar always captures you with his rap lines to put you in the flow while he's spit'n his catchy hooks and tight drums and baselines.
