This "blue soul" album is a labor of love featuring ten new songs written by the original SUENOS members Jamie Zuniga, Frankie Lizarraga, Rudy Morones, Polo Martinez, Bernie Torres and Augie Lara. The title track “Alma Azul (Lifetime)" was written in honor and dedicated to musicians who have performed with the Suenos band from the beginning. The full album includes the “Sad Love Song” ballad written by Frankie and Jamie, and the Latin dance tune “Estoy Viviendo” written by Polo Martinez. The Suenos horn players have each written a song; Augie wrote "Then, Now and Forever" a sweet Pop Ballad, and "I Can't Go Home" by Bernie Torres is a song about immigration with a Reggae vibe.
