About Julie Garcia:

Hi, I'm Julie *wink*. Before my feet could touch the floor whilst riding in the passenger seat, my mom would bust out Patsy Cline's "Walkin' After Midnight" and say, "Sing it girl." So I did - in my 4-year-old glory! Since then it's been a bumpy road of thinking I was the cat's pajamas and thinking I had no talent at all. My dad put me in tons of lessons from cheesy little singing groups who rocked sequins to private vocal coaching from Dean Kaelin (think David Archuleta's pre-American Idol vocal coach). These days I clunk on my guitar, only to have mostly lyrics about love gush out of my brain. I consider myself mostly a word artist with musical enhancement.
