"These Interpreter sessions represent some unreleased material from several years ago that still has some relevance for me. This is duo project with the improvising cellist Daniel Levin in which we explored a couple of my compositions, as well as creating a number of improvised compositions during the session. I named the project (and the title tune) based on the thinking that an "interpreter" in music often meant someone who regularly played other composers works.
