Alight [verb]. Like getting off a train, a bus, or a car. You started from a familiar place but now you have arrived at someplace new. You have been in that car, on that same journey for a long time. Now and then it's nice to make a stop, get off that car or bus and take in the new and unfamiliar sights. The unknown is laden with uncertainty but at the same time it brings about such promise of adventure! This EP has been that adventure, and I am glad I made that decision to alight, even if it is for a short while.

I am in my final year of medical school, and this project came about quite serendipitously, as it was a submission for a friend's final year project. I had these songs that I've written, and gigged and was looking for an opportunity for them to get heard. That opportunity is now and now that this is out in the world, I hope that you would take some time to have a listen, and buy the album to show your support!
