This follow-up label compilation from Libyus Music from 2007 is a veritable barrage of good music, this time featuring a cast of all-Japanese artists, mostly newcomers - 10 rappers, DJs, and trackmakers from across Japan, from Hokkaido in the north to Nagasaki in the south, who carry the future of the underground scene on their shoulders. Particularly of note are the submissions from Hisomi-TNP, Michita, and DJ Okawari, who were first introduced to the masses on this release.
