A singer-songwriter hailing from tiny island Singapore, Bevlyn has aspirations to make music with influences from all over the world. Bevlyn’s ability to sing an eclectic mixture of English, Mandarin, Japanese and French has commanded a following across various ethnic groups and ages in and out of Singapore. Her open-mindedness to a wide spectrum of music has led to her own music often likened to a cup of fusion tea – an expression of the wild, the sensitive, the angst, and the lonely. Her lyrics explore her own experiences and the experiences that the common man can relate to. Bevlyn’s debut EP album 'Lonely Afternoon' was launched in January 2008 and consists of a mix of English and Mandarin numbers, and even a French cover, La Vie En Rose.
