Captain Baby is the brainchild of wanderlust musician and street artist, Asher Rogers. Following the break-up of his previous outfit, the Nashville-native relocated from San Francisco to New York where he would eventually meet with a new cast of musicians to craft Captain Baby’s original sound. With chord progressions and song layouts that are heavily influenced by Hindi-pop combined with traditional Spanish elements, the band has labeled its unique style: “Hindi-Halloween.” We just call it good music. Expect Captain Baby to tour widely in support of its debut album: "Sugar Ox."
