Holidays are a time for togetherness. The word “together,” or endjuntos in Ladino, is the theme that threads through these songs that span the Hebrew calendar and its array of celebrations. With 10 original songs by Sarah Aroeste that interweave Ladino and English, TogetherEndjuntos is the first bilingual Ladino/Englishg holiday album. Highlighting the Sabbath, Passover, Hannukah and many other holidays in between, this album is an array of flavors and sounds that celebrate the place of Sephardic culture in the Jewish and world musical landscapes.
