P-Funk Keyboardist (for the past almost 15 years now) Danny Bedrosian's newest album (his thirteenth so far), is by far his best yet; Employing himself on Drums and Percussion for the whole album, this record is sort of the exact opposite of Danny's last three (A solo piano album, an Electronic album and a Mashup album) with a very organic, band based feel mixed with his usual funky madness of synthesizer, grand piano, clavinet, organ, and other keyboards reminiscent of the P-Funk sound. His vocals are spectacular here as well, continuing on a really analog-esque sound that had been hinted on in some of his earlier records, but never pushed this far and to such dazzling effect. Although several of Danny's fellow P-Funkers turn up here (Michael "Clip" Payne, Lige Curry and Garrett Shider), this album is truly Danny's- with Bedrosian writing, producing, arranging, engineering, and playing and singing practically everything on the album (with the exception of Clip's voice on the intro, and Curry and Shider on bass and guitar on "Wildfire"). Special mention to fellow engineers Sean Gorman and David Cobb, as well as Mastering Engineer Adam Trull for their invaluable efforts on this record as well.
