简介
Songs of Love and Marriage came from writing the music for the first dance of wedding of my wife's daughter Shiri. I had written other wedding music before, and this was the occasion to put it all together in one package. Melodies come from the wedding of Shiri's sister Michal, and her new-born son Amit. The Zara String Quartet plays on four new original songs on this album, and many more feature the violin. I do some additional piano interpretations of Chopin, Beethoven, Liszt and Schubert, but most pieces here are my original compositions. The last two songs are pop tunes with four backup vocalists and percussion!
