Soulsisters (Chikita, Matilda and Claudia) is an Indonesian R&B, Soul & Pop girl group. Their music career started when they were in High School by won many music contests. Soulsisters formed by Trilogy Music Indonesia in 2012 through a series of selection process. Began in early 2010, the selection process yield three personnel, namely Claudia hirawady ( 24 ) Finy Chikita Christy ( 21 ), and Mathilda Alice Benedicta ( 22 ). After the selection process is completed, they were then following intensive training to deepen the ability of a vocal and stage act. Soulsisters had and extraordinary voice with their own style of tones. The character and qualities of their vocal has no doubt, so it is not surprising when Bebi Romeo; one of the biggest music arranger in Indonesia and even BOYZ II MEN interested to collaborate with them. With R&B/Soul for their stream of music, Soulsisters started their debut in BOYZ II MEN Concert held in Jakarta on Dec’12 And that was amazing of them to got attention from Boyz II Men, brought them perform together at the Concert. Their performance of “Do You Really Love Me” was the highlight of the event. That single which is one of the song of Bebi Romeo’s collaboration album were sold more than 250,000 copies in Indonesia only in four months and its still keep counting until now. They became a star instantly. Then for a long-awaited, they finally realizing their first single titled “I NEED YOU”. It contains with unique vocal style love, regrets and hopes. By a masterful of great music arranger, this song is very easy listening, combination of 2 (two) languages; English – Indonesian make it sounds universal. Songs that express the love is wrapped with melody and arrangement varied tones of R&B/Soul that raised of romantic shades. Soulsisters immediately catch the public ear with their first single “I NEED YOU”. Right after it released the song became big 10 in most of big radios in town. They realized that music listener have been losing this type of music for long time, now the soul of the female group’s voices is back because of them!
