"The Moab Tongue" is about life in a small town in the American West. Especially celebrated are some of the local women who make our corner of the desert so interesting. Also explored is the transition of Moab from an unknown place to a destination for world travelers.

Musically, I consider this as a rock'n'roll album within a country context. Modern country music seemed like the natural place for a musician raised on rock to go. Rock music has lost its "roll" and this is my effort to get a little of that back into the music.
