简介
I experimented heavily with different sounds channeling disco, 90s house, EDM, Trap (Real Trap), new jack swing, to your pop dance joints. So my music is unapologetic, fun, & dance hall worthy. My music represents freedom. “CRUCIFIXION ON THE DANCE FLOOR” The crucifixion symbolizes my 33 years of insecurities that I must crucify in order to live a better life. Everybody has something they need to crucify, something that has held them back from achieving success. (Mainly themselves) I am going to start with our number one insecurity, the freedom of dance. People don’t dance like they do when they are alone, I believe it’s because of insecurities. “Crucifixion on the dance floor” will make everyone free to dance again. In 2013 I was introduced to Lady Gaga’s 3rd studio album “Artpop,” which she described as “a celebration and a poetic musical journey.” I wanted to convey the same thing with my music. I noticed that the best producers are disc jockeys because they know how to cater to a crowd. I experimented with electro beats and researched the sounds of Zedd & Dillon Frances, and Disclosure while maintaining my love for 90s house artist such as Robin S., La Bouche, & Haddaway. “Crucifixion on the dance floor” displays an intentional lack of maturity and responsibility musically. I approached this album with a ‘not to serious attitude’ I had fun recording and creating every track. The lyrical themes revolves around my personal experiences as a human being, overcoming my fear of releasing dance music, self-empowerment, just fun music that is guaranteed to make everyone smile. I encourage my listeners to LOSE CONTROL and they let it all out and we will be TRAVELIN to the sky, as I get them PUMPT UP with energy. While letting them know that I’m from DALLAS, B**CH! Then we will DANCE the night away.
