Spyda is Clive G Beresford, a UK based ‘bedroom music producer’ creating electronically charged dance, trance & techno beats, rhythms & sounds. Clive started producing music at the beginning of the new millennium after discovering a basic music package featuring exciting dance loops on the front of a magazine. Soon after he joined an internet based mp3 site & discovered that the world of 'invisible musicians & artists' was a friendly place to inhabit. Clive adopted the artist person of Spyda in memory of his big black tom cat. "He was so gorgeous, big & strong, most people thought he was a miniature black panther", he says. Spyda is well known for his remixing & production skills & has worked on tracks by BT, Conjure One, The Chemical Brothers, Filo & Peri, Harland, Distorted Reality & t.A.T.u. to name but a few.
