Who Is Avery sommers? I am a girl who grew up listening to Gospel, Big Band, Motown and Broadway show tunes. At the age of 5 I started out singing in my Uncle's Church and have been singing ever since. I have been fortunate enough to make a career out of my love of great music by working in Las Vegas with Doc Severinsen the Orchestra leader from the Johnny Carson Tonight Show, Performing in Broadway shows such as AIN'T MISBEHAVIN', SHOWBOAT, CHICAGO and THE BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS. Recently I Moved back to Florida and I have co-starred in 5 new Independent movies as of March 2009. I wrote the bonus track on the CD and I am very excited to have my first CD on CDbaby.
