Free Ride was founded in northern part of Finland in the year 2000. So there is over decade of pure RnR. This second album "Dead Man's Hand" is powerful showcase after the debut album Outlaw Stories. You can hear influences from ZZ Top, Motörhead, Southern rock, blues and even from outlaw-country.

I saw that DEAD MAN`S HAND is the second record from Freeride and they fit perfect on every Biker party! Don`t expect anything new, but it sounds professional and fresh. PUT YOU DOWN rocks, STABBED IN THE BACK is typical Rock`n`Roll and the mighty HOLD ON (I`M COMING) rocks like hell! It sounds like a heavier and modern version of ZZ TOP. HELLRIDE make no prisoners and HIGH GAIN is a good food for every Southern Rock lover. So, no real filler on DEAD MAN`S HAND. But no real highlight in my eyes. Not bad, but not essential.
