Daniel Monaco has had a slew of impressive releases and what a better way to kick off Roam Recordings 2021 than by teaming up with compatriots Sauvage World to deliver Paninari on Acid. The title track delivers on the acid promise in a rugged yet smooth psychedelic grinder. The second original Tenerè brings the tempo down for a mysterious low slung expedition. The EP comes with two excellent remixes by Niv Ast and Fabrizio Mammarella. Niv Ast brings an acid house nostalgia with a driving rendition of the title track and Fabrizio Mammarella reworks Tenerè into electro acid territory. All together… a great start to the year.
