Hear Me Out is the story of a young man growing up and living through depression. The story discusses the helplessness that people with depression will often feel, and the subsequent thoughts they may have.

In this story, the young man finds help through a friend who encourages him to write about his thoughts. This eventually leads him to put the words into poems, and eventually into songs, which helps to deal with the pain, and eventually overcome his depressive thoughts through music.
