Deep Mood is a Madeira Island(Portugal) electronic music project whose members are Victor C and Mauro K. These two dj's friends and producers are known to locals through their beats of "deep" and "progressive" dance music. Their sound is melodic and atmospheric. Their solo careers date back to times before the very formation of the project Deep Mood, and have always been guided by a great musical coherence and technical developments. Victor C had the opportunity to show their value in relevant events such as "Fresh Weekend" where he performed alongside with Sasse. Similarly he marked its stamp on the exotic party "Blue Moon by Bols", which has revealed himself in style alongside with the belgians Spirit Catcher. Another landmark was his performance in "Antena 3 Party Zone", in which the duo Audiojack was part of the poster. Mauro K from an early age had several performances at events such as "Techno Outdoor Vision", playing alongside with dj's such as Michael Montez, A.Paul and the spanish Jesus del Campo. He also was present at the festivities marked the 500th anniversary of the Funchal city. During one season his dj set could be heard monthly on the Track 3 program, in charge of radio Antena 3 - Madeira. Note that, Mauro K was a finalist in the 2nd edition of the music production competition called "Antena 3 Dance." Over time, as duo, in its various performances as dj's their earned an important place in the "dance scene" of Madeira, thanks to the appearances in nightclubs such as: Vespas Club, Marginal Club, Molhe Club, etc. They were play also at the festival WeekendDance@ Northshore in which names like Sander Kleinberg, Vitalic and Mandy were present. The project Deep Mood had its beginnings in 2006, and it's a form of union of passion, talent, taste and vision of the electronic world, which is so similar between these two artists. This synergy has been fueled by fervent pleasure to both nurture the art of "djing", as the world view of music production - which had always been a focus of their attention. That said, Deep Mood in the summer of 2011 moved into a new phase of his career: the production of electronic music. Pangea EP(Overmind Records); Future Urban Landscape EP(Woorpz Records) are until now the two already signed EP's. In near future two Ep's will came out for Eternal Music(Proton sub-label), as one Ep for Phat Groove records. In another hand two singles will be signed: one for System Records and another for Lowbit records. Stay tune !
