简介
Before moving back to New York, this Brooklyn/Belizean native grew up spreading the "Love" on stage at nightclubs across sunny California. After his solo appearance on MTV's "The Cut" in ’97 where he received high praises from Brian McKnight, "Just Love" has been winning the hearts of those in eyes distance. His name is legally just "Love" which he decided to change after high school. He describes his sound of music as “New World Soul”, a journey through life and love expressed through all styles of music. Back in New York he has performed at "The Eclectic Ride", hosted by Forest in Joe's Pub and opened up for Cody Chestnut and Rebel Soul artist, Martin Luther. JustLOVE-> has also been interviewed on the broadcast television show, "The New Yorkers." His song, “Don’t Save Me” can be heard on the soundtrack and film on A.I.D.S. awareness, “Lets Talk” which debuted on BET June ‘06. After recording his new album in New York City, he was hired by E. Raymond Brown to fly back to L.A. and work on his controversial socio-political satire docu-drama film, “Will The Real Pimps & Hos Please Stand Up-Peeping The Multi-leveled Global Game.” It features an all star cast with names such as Prof. Cornell West, comedian Shang, actor/rapper/pimp Ice T, Hip-Hop activist/rapper KRS-ONE. It smashed at the Pan-African Film Festival in February ‘07 and has since been accepted into the Silver Lake Fest, San Francisco Fest, and Agoura Fest in Cannes, France in May ‘07. JustLOVE-> is credited as the Co-producer, Writer, Casting Director, and Co-starring as Mopheus; a parody of Morpheus from the film The Matrix. No need to keep a look out because “this star” is already shining.
