Popcorn the Kernel makes music for the streets. He is a Lower East Side native from NYC, New York. His music represents freedom of life and for those who like living on the wild side. The origins of his music come from his roots which are Puerto Rican and Dominican, urban culture. Most People recognize Popcawn as the Captain of Downtown Manhattan. Popcawn is also a member of the Underground Rap Group called "The Pretty Young Pimps" or "PYP".
