专辑简介

I wrote this song's meaning in two different parts. The first half of the song is about when bad things happen and we get stuck in a loop. The knock on effect of everyday repetition and depression, how alone we can all feel and like nothing's going right.

I came up with the title to metaphorically describe how when we try to stop something happening, or to make a change, when all's said and done, it doesn't change the bigger picture, and that some things are just inevitable. The second part of the song is about overcoming and dealing with the inevitable...people dying, relationships ending etc and understanding that it can't be stopped and controlled despite our best efforts, so we must learn to overcome and move on with our lives, and to break the loop we can find ourselves trapped in. To make the most of the time we have and spending it being happy, rather than just going round in circles.
