"Tocame Suavemente" took me about 3 years on the making between USA and Mexico, while I busy touring I was really concerned on proposing something new, fresh, with energy and rhythm that will make people dance and have fun. Also since my origins were in the electric music I actually went back to my roots and combined that concept into my new songs. With "Tocame Suavemente" not only I composed all the songs but also I was able to record guitars, bass and arrange every song exactly the way I had them in my mind. At the beginning I was planning to have only 9 songs in the album, but as the project was happening I got more inspired by the results and at the end I ended up with 11 songs (how crazy is that!!!), including a remix "Lo Mejor De Mi". One of the funny things was when I was at my 6th song which at that point was "Prisionero" we thought it was the perfect song to be the main one and the title of the album but then one day at 3 am the inspiration and idea for "Tocame Suavemente" became a live, not only the name was seductive but also very strong and the story behind it was an experience of my own. So... One the very last songs created was now the main one and also the title of the album!!! Another part of "Tocame Suavemente" album is that if your looking for romanticism and love...it has it!!! And if your looking for fun and energy...It also has it!!! Enjoy :)
