简介
I believe in Angels on this Earth. Why? Because I have seen proof! On a warm, hot sticky day, I was with a team of missionaries as we landed in a Haitian airport in Port au Prince. It was my first trip to Haiti. The sites, the smells, the chaos getting our bags was overwhelming. But as we pushed our way through the crowd we were greeted by a man with the biggest smile and the happiest eyes I have ever seen! He helped us load in our bags on his big green bus. With a hug and a hello, he helped me with my guitar, bags and when I thanked him, he said in a relaxed and happy tone, "no problem". As I have learned, through the years this man used this saying, "we pray, we go, no problem". This is how he faced life's adversity in Haiti. He helped thousands of Haitians while also assisting groups of missionaries do their work. The world can be a dark place, but this man, Leonard (Leee o nard) was the light. He started his own church in his house! He fed, clothed and assisted the poor. His life was ended in violence. He was robbed and shot. All I keep thinking is that before he died he said those words, "we pray, we go, no problem", and this angel got his wings. His light will live on forever. All profits of this song will go to Leonard's family in Haiti and will spread his light throughout the world. Blessings to you.
