I am an original member of The Gaslight Singers, Mercury Records folk recording artists from the original folk music era of the 60's. I worked with Mama Cass Elliott, John Denver, Judy Collins, Peter Paul and Mary, shared a stage with Bob Dylan and Tom Paxton, and so many more great artists of the era. After many years away from music I decided to record a brand new CD, totally on my own, with an eclectic mix of folk, country, rhythm and blues, some rock and roll and great contemporary songs, all written by my favorite song writers. I've got songs by Iris Dement, Chris Izaak, Lyle Lovett, Eric Clapton, Merle Haggard, Tom Paxton, John Prine, and some lesser known, but equally great writers like David Mallett, Rob Carlson and Chuck Pyle. There is literally something for everyone on this album, and each and every song is a great listening experience. I say it is guaranteed to please.
