I am an indie folk pop rock artist, influenced by all genres including musical theater, blues, bluegrass, and r&b. Some artists who have inspired me as a songwriter are Alanis Morisette, Sarah Bareilles, Pink, Regina Spektor, Patty Griffin, Tori Amos, Dolly Parton, and Ingrid Michealson. I also really enjoy the work of artists like Kimbra, Justin Timberlake, Florence and the Machine, Paolo Nutini, Ben Folds, and the late great Jeff Buckley. I grew up listening to Paul Simon, Nina Simone, the Indigo Girls, Whitney Houston, Joni Mitchell, Janis Joplin, Elvis, and the Beatles. My own music is about as varied as this collection artists, and I'm continually cultivating and exploring my sound. This is just the beginning.
