简介
Created specially for deep relaxation and therapies such as Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Holistic Massage, with tracks flowing gently one into another, Amber and Jade provides well over an hour of relaxing listening. Symbiosis skilfully blend acoustic instruments such as flutes, guitars, cello, marimba and autoharp with atmospheric keyboards and occasional natural sounds of birdsong and the sea, producing music that is free-flowing and melodic and allows listeners to create their own space. ‘ …an album that sustains a wealth of musical invention whilst remaining calm, relaxing, emotionally neutral and non-intrusive.' (Brian Lee, Caduceus) Amber and Jade includes their most popular composition, “The Beauty Within”, which has been acclaimed as ‘approaching perfection’ for this genre of music. It was originally written during a collaboration with internationally renowned author and lecturer Denise Linn for “Phoenix Rising”, her inspiring album of guided meditations for personal growth. Symbiosis are already well known in the UK among holistic practitioners and “Mind-Body-Spirit” festival visitors, particularly for their evocative extended-play album “Touching the Clouds”. The group features the uplifting flute-playing of John Hackett; Richard Bolton on guitars and cello; and keyboards, autoharp and gentle percussion from producer Clive Williamson. ‘This is heavenly music!’ (Denise Linn) ‘Holistic practitioners, healers and those performing massage, yoga and Reiki – or simply meditating on their own – will find this music of immeasurable benefit and comfort.’ (New Spirit magazine) ‘Their work has a rare honesty that grows out of their wish to do nothing more than create music that complements the therapist’s work... ‘ (Brian Lee, Caduceus) SYMCD2008 (P) 2017 Symbiosis Music Ltd.
