The second album by Vancouver's veloce. This time out, an instrumental album of brooding, meditative, minimalist electronic soundscapes produced by Ian Maclachlan and Pete Lutwyche. The material was the result of live improvisations painstakingly edited. The title refers to that point at which the inherent electronic noise in the equipment becomes as important as the material produced by the performers. A devastatingly satisfying recording.
