This release is not a "traditional" record. It truly is what the subtitle states..."An Experiment In Sound and Word". The main title, "Therapy Sessions" comes from the spoken portion of this release as it was literally like therapy, so I basically wanted to then turn this into a piece of art, like if a painting or sculpture had a voice. This recording was only worked on when I was 100% invested and no track was over scrutinized. Listen with an open mind.
