This project was conceived with the intention of helping people to engage in a deepened experience of prayer or meditation while practicing their fitness routine. Specially crafted instrumental music with percussive rhythms and mantra-styled melodies support rhythmic breathing and movement combined with intention. This spiritually inspired music used with exercise will help with a deepened form of body-mind-spirit prayer.
