Like a mythical view from an 18th floor balcony looking East towards the sunrise the smoky cityscape of 2bo4 encompasses half a lifetime of abosorbing all manner of music. The resultant journey takes in many different forms of the soul without ever really hitting the head. As the title track refers to, sometimes ones whole world can take place within a single three street boudary.
