This time around the Soulsupplement powers that be decided to release his newest Ep Whos Who without any remixes, just pure Speaker Peeps groove at its finest. The original tracks with that quintessential Peeps sound that we just love here at the compound. Getting us in the proper Speaker Peep mood is D**e Dead and just between us the rumor is that this is the boss mans favorite. Tough rhythms, deep and nasty bass runs and what one of our team members referred to as a nitrously enhanced vocal has caused this one to be a compound favorite. Now the rest of us here on team Soulsupplement have no idea what hes talking about or have ever heard of this nitrous he speaks of but if it makes you hear vocals like this then sign us up. Whos Who is next and from the first few bars you know that this funky groover is just right for pretty much any dance floor situation that might arise. A nicely polished rhythm section, a hypnotic vocal and pulsing bass line is all that is needed to surely make this one a Nikki Beach favorite. Beat Speak is next in the rotation and theres was a lot of good house flavors that went into the making of this one. Nice synth lines, eclectic percussion runs, subdued bass lines, horns and vocalswhat more do you need? Only Speaker Peeps would not only think to put these all together but then somehow make it all work just so perfectly. This is why here at the compound we are just fans.
