14 year old Jatarra Presley was born in Jacksonville, Florida. Jatarra knew at a very early age she wanted to be a singer. She grew up being a big fan of Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, Céline Dion and Mary J. Jatarra was always willing to put on a show. She would sing at family functions with no hesitation or shyness. In 2007, Jatarra first started to turn heads as she jumped on the big stage when she entered the amateur night at Jacksonville’s historic Ritz Theater. Week after week Jatarra would defeat acts two and three times her age. She climbed up the ladder to finish in 3rd place. In 2009, Jatarra was accepted to the coveted Lavilla School of the performing arts in Jacksonville, FL.

Jatarra signed with CEG record label and is set to release her 1st single “TROUBLE” November 12th. Jatarra was one of the featured acts on the 2011 I Love Music Tour.
