Erick Deshaun Dorris brings us "The Digital Divide", an album that believes it's a TV show. There is no TV show. Season 1 kicks off with mid-tempo "Mr. Freeze", a charming meditation on villainy and sexuality. Followed up by the Kate Bush-esque "Condoleezza Rice". "I Want To Be Myopic" is a dance party with an evil elf who just wants to know why women eat so much candy. Season 1 ends with the darkly-themed "Saint Friday". Dorris' vocals turn wispy and reflective on the closing track, "What If I Changed?"

This album was completely tracked by Dorris using his iPod and keyboard. Mixed and mastered by C. Ezra Lange at the Sugar Cave Studios. Season 1 is a combination dance party and meditation filled with strong arrangements and melodies that will stay in your head for a while. Listeners will be looking forward to Season 2.
