LONG WAY IN: "It's A What?" is my second disc of acoustic guitar, songs and singing Usually I play the electric guitar with a bass player and a drummer and sometimes other things. I like to play electric music that is heavily improvised, usually with the free parts appearing in or as the context of rocknroll song structure. An understanding of the trance-inducing power of loud repetitive sounds is important. So is good songwriting. Some of my friends asked me to record with just acoustic guitar and voice, so they could hear the songs more clearly.
