It’s been said, “Show me your friends and I’ll show you your future.” Well, if that’s true, then I can’t wait ’til tomorrow! God has blessed me with incredible friends. Friends who have helped me get The Blind Man’s Tale written, produced, and now, recorded! I first took this concept of a Worship Musical to my friend and business partner Joe DeMaso. Armed with his wisdom and encouragement, I pitched the idea to my friend John thomas Oaks. He, in turn, crafted the wonderful “Firefly Folk” sound of the show. He also assembled the talented and gracious cast of musicians— whom I am now proud to call friends. And one of my new friends, Marc Imboden, (author of “You Are Holy/Prince Of Peace”) engineered this marvelous recording. Of course, almost all art requires generous patrons. Enter Jo Ann Richardson, Derry & Margie Nichols, Ed & Betty Proefke and my amazing Tennessee and Florida friends. Last, but not least, my close friend and beautiful bride, Donna, has been a daily source of inspiration and support throughout this and all of my God projects. This Worship Musical has been a true labor of love. A few years ago, I received some direction from God. “Write a love song to my Church.” The Blind Man’s Tale is my response to Him.
