An experimental approach to folk rock, Daoine SIdhe's music ranged from pure acoustic folk to guitar- and synthesizer-driven rock, never being willing to settle on a single style.

Their songs are similarly varied, from British Isles traditional songs & tunes to prog-rock flights of fancy, all stitched together by Leigh Ann Hussey's 5-string violin.
