Mary and Mike have been playing and performing music together for over twenty years. What started out as a simple guitar and vocal ensemble progressed to a full band performing R&B and jazz standards. They have been inspired by such artists as Joan Baez, Etta James, and Bonnie Raitt.

With the success of their first album they were encouraged to delve deeper into christian and sacred music where they discovered these songs of prayer and inspiration. Mary's soothing bluesy voice and Mike's acoustic guitar emphasize the beautiful and words and melodies in these songs.
