This is a work in memory of my daughter whom we lost on July 5th 2008 While only a few tracks were written specifically for and about her, the title "A Fractured Fairytale" is fitting.. This album has an awesome vibe that is carried out with great passion and emotion and is well received through the melodic shredding and dark rhythms. I was sonically intrigued as soon as I started listening to “Battle Axe” and my ears remained glued throughout. “The Lion”, “Tangled Webs”, “Ariel’s Attic”, “Lost in the Clouds” and the deep emotion that is felt in “A Fractured Fairytale”. Melodically all of the songs easily stand on their own but together they form a journey. A sonic journey that was almost enough to leave me content but at the same time left me wanting more. Hard to do, but he does so well with this, it tells a story from beginning to end... no words needed... Also looking forward to his Next release "Rise to your Knees".
