America LaVonne began composing music as a small child. She has traveled around the world as an Air Force dependent, and on mission trips with YWAM (Youth With A Mission). Her songs are moving and full of depth. She writes from her heart, either from her own experiences, or from her empathy with friends. Amy has been performing specials in churches since she was 10 years old, and has performed in several charity concerts. She has been a worship leader in various ministries, and has also been the singer in numerous weddings, even writing a song specifically for the couple on occasion. “Free to Be Me” is the culmination of a life-long dream, and comes from the pages of her journal as she has grown in her relationship with God.
