Located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, SOSOS is an accoustic band that bases their music around acoustic root instruments like upright bass, pump organ, banjo, mandolin, djembe, acoustic guitars, drums, melodica, and even a box of rocks at times thus generating their own brand of energy. SOSOS has shared the stage with many music icons like Richie Havens, Blues Traveler, Blind Melon & Tim Reynolds (from Dave Mathews Band) to name a few. SOSOS music has made the back drop to many TV shows as well. Like PBS' "Roadtrip Nation". PBS used four of sosos songs in five different episodes. Other artist used on the show include Jack Johnson, Donavon Frankenreiter, Sufjan Stevens, Brett Dennon, Toubab Krewe, Xavier Rudd, and our good friend Alex Nelson.
