"Deep Worship" is a group of 4 songwriting teams consisting of Greg Mailloux and Mike Travo with one of the following 4 singers: Josh Topolie, Cameron Rankin, Sarah Rankin, and Natalie Steiner. Each one loves the Lord Jesus Christ and hopes that his/her song will help lift up your heart to Him in worship. "Deep Worship" is based in Assumption church in Windsor ON Canada and is involved in music ministry on the university campus there. Each member brings his/her own particular gift to the team and without whom the song would not have been written. Truly, the group effort is greater than the sum of its individual members here. And that is the work and grace of the Holy Spirit. May the Lord Jesus Christ be praised, both now and forever. Amen. MIKE TRAVO is at the heart of Deep Worship. Mike’s passion for worship and for music and for our Lord shines with every note of this album. In fact, Mike had a hand at nearly every note of this album: from the conception of the song to the final production. Mike has begun a 2 year sabbatical for missionary activity among teens. This extremely gifted young man will be greatly missed! GREG MAILLOUX is the choir director of the Sunday evening Mass at Assumption church in Windsor, ON. He has been directing contemporary choirs for almost 30 years. He has written over 100 praise and worship songs and, prior to this CD, has released 11 CDs of original material and produced 4 CDs that involved his choir. On this project, he is primarily the lyricist and co-producer with Mike Travo. CAMERON RANKIN is a music franchise! Powerful vocals, accomplished pianist, talented guitarist, and creative melody maker, Cameron is comfortable in any genre of music. He brings all of these gifts to Deep Worship. SARAH RANKIN has been writing Psalm melodies for 2 years for the evening Mass at Assumption. Her delivery is flawless. Her love of the Lord and her exceptional voice bring a great passion to this project. JOSH TOPOLIE is intense! As you watch and listen to him during worship, he is entirely focused on the Lord as his guitar and voice pierce the heavens and the hearts of those present. Former choir director at MPB, Josh is often heard at Hour of Power and at the Sunday evening Mass on campus. NATALIE STEINER is a student at the University of Windsor, studying drama in education. Not long ago, she served for two years with NET ministries, bringing the Gospel message of Jesus Christ to teens in Canada. Her passion is evident in her song-writing, her vocals, and her guitar playing. You can hear that passion and joy in her voice as you listen to her songs here.
