YahJah’s love for music is deeply imbedded in her childhood. Through happiness or sadness she has always chosen music as her therapy. She is infatuated with lyrics and deep messages. Some of her favorite artists include Lauryn Hill, Alicia Keys, John Legend, Adele, India.Arie, Lianne La Havas and many more. She has experimented with not so profound music and although it was fun, she prefers to create music that is meaningful to her. Music that can touch the soul and not just the ears is what her heart truly desires to create.
