Balearic lovers – this is one for you! “In the sky” by Karan & Shivil is a dreamy, psychedelic, cosmic, yet smooth and warm Balearic house anthem. Karan Tyagi and Shivil Bhasin hail from New Delhi, India. Karan is a trained Vocalist and a multi instrumentalist, Shivil, also known as Offaudio, is an electronic music artist and qualified sound engineer. In Headpocket’s “In the sky” remix called “Pegasus”, you can hear influences from German Kosmische Musik, it is a wonderful adaption of the original, a bit like Karan & Shivil meet Klaus Schulze and Neu! in Ibiza’s Buddha Bar to have lunch, smoke some d**e and chill out big time. David Garcet keeps the German influence alive, adds some new romantic deep house feel, kicking hihats and floating basslines so that you can easily dance the night away to this fabulous hypnotizer. “He said she said” is an ambient experiment lost in reverie, the Offaudio remix presents a very interesting mixture of Deep House elements and fragments of the original.
