Skitz Pittz was inspired at an early age by artists such as Tupac, Nas, and even some early 90 R&B artists. Skitz was born as Christopher Pittman in Columbus Ohio. He and his mother moved to various places before eventually settling in Valdosta Ga. It was here where Skitz began to discover his craft and become more active with music. Even though music had been apart of his entire life he did not take it serious until it was almost too late. During his late teen years he managed to get in some serious trouble, which led to more trouble for his years to come. After years and months of incarceration, releases and once again getting incarcerated he had enough. He was now facing a felony charge that could put him behind bars for 12 years. After 14 months of house arrest he was acquitted for the charges during trial. With this new found freedom he moved to Atlanta to further pursue his music path. He shares the experiences he has encountered through the streets, jail and everyday living through the music. He stated, " Its enough people rapping about drugs and lean. That works for them. But who is going to teach them real, show them truth. That works for me." The rest is in the music. Enjoy
