Bio1: Sista Moy born named Nolia Hunter, January 19, 1962 in the small upbeat village/district of Snow Hill in Portland, Jamaica around the outskirts of Port Antonio. As a child of tender ages, she sang in the local church choir and often lead solo. She left Jamaica and entered Germany in pursuit of her dreams to become a popular reggae singer. She was well received in Europe when invited to appear on stage to open for many acts including, Tinga Stewart, Leroy Sibbles, Ken Boothe and many others. After 12 years in Europe, and a seasoned veteran, she entered the United States and the opportunies that was lacking in Europe poured in, in forms of recordings. Now she presents to you her debut album, "SONGS OF JOY." This music will refresh and relax your mind, while grooving you to the lively rhythms tracks. Her Debut Album is surely a winner. Bio2: Sista Moy was born in Portland a parrish in eastern Jamaica and grew up in the district of Snow Hill where she attended church and was a member of the Choir as well as a Soloist. She moved away to Europe in the mid 1980's where her music expanded in to tanglible from impossible. She had the opportunity to open for several reggae shows in Germany and in England. in the late 1990's she moved to Florida in the U.S. to be closer to her family and her homeland of Jamaica after many years in the cold climate of Europe. Here she had the opportunity to make a full length CD Album. Her first single "Jah is real," was the winner of a weekly contest involving new music on Vibes Radio dot com. She was matched up against some veterans and new comers and overcame them all. "Show some love" was music of the week for two weeks straight on Mystic 1400 with Princess K. This open the artist to be special guest on many live Reggae shows in Florida. Her electrifying performance have the audience requesting more and she delivers by hooking up with Rising Tide Band to bring forth more meaningful project through the music.
